Cleanliness first 🔑 The space ➡️ In the accommodation you will find many special and experiential rooms for relaxation, rejuvenation, tasting but also experiences and modern technologies. 🔑 Description and instructions for the rooms 🍷 Tasting Zone & Cellar – the heart of Wine & Wellness "A place where time slows down, wine matures and worries go away." After entering the turquoise gate, you will find yourself in one of the most beautiful corners of the entire accommodation - in our tasting zone, which smoothly passes into the wine cellar. Here you can taste, relax, talk, project, warm up and harden - in short, enjoy life to the fullest. 🥂 What you'll find here • Bar & seating - upstairs you will find a wooden bar with four stylish barrel chairs and a table with four more seats. • Cellar - after a few stone steps down you will discover a wine cellar with a selection of Moravian wines from several wineries - white, red, frizzante and premium bottles. • There are also rums, plum, apricot and almond brandies. • You can also sit downstairs - there are two benches for two and a dim light for the perfect atmosphere. • You can also indulge in a wide range of wine delicacies from local cracklings, cheeses to various pickled peppers, mushrooms or other traditional wine delicacies, all in organic home quality 🍾 Prices, consumption and dashes system • At each bar, fridge or shelf you will find a price list - clear, simple and with clear prices. • Each price list and section also has a paper with a table where you make dashes for what you have had during your stay. • At the end of your stay, calculate everything and pay in the wooden box at the exit door. • You can also add a chalk message - it will be appreciated! • And one small gift awaits you as a welcome. 🍾 🔥 Warmth & comfort • Because it is a stone space, it can sometimes be colder. • That's why you'll find a gas heater ("mushroom") – a globe with a flame. • Use it wisely: • always turn it on only in a well-ventilated room, • do not touch the top when it is hot, • after use, turn off the gas and close the bomb, • never leave the heater on unattended. 💧 Poseidon – a bathtub that can handle anything At the end of the room you will find the Poseidon bathtub - our little wellness miracle. It can be heated up to 40 °C or cooled down to almost zero - depending on the mood. • Control is simple: • press the SET button, • select the temperature (0 °C to 40 °C), • confirm SET again - and the tub will start working. • During heating or cooling, keep the lid closed to maintain the temperature. • Do not leave it on overnight. Just prepare it 1-2 hours before use. • Whether you are going to warm up or harden, always pay attention to peace and safety. 🎬 Projection & tablet There is a projector above the tub and you will find an Apple tablet right next to it - everything is already set up and ready. • The tablet does not have a password, just wake it up by touching it. • You can play Netflix, YouTube, music or even your own video through it. • The sound goes through the Marshall speaker so you can enjoy the movie or music to the fullest. • Just please: • no water directly around electronics, • after the projection, turn off the projector with the ON/OFF button, • and the night peace in the city begins at 22:00 - enjoy, but with respect. 💡 In conclusion This place is the heart of Wine & Wellness. It is here for guests to have fun, discover and relax, but at the same time with respect for the space and other guests. Keep in mind that every bottle, tone and bubble has its time - and you are now part of it. 🌙 🚪 Corridor & entrance zone to the accommodation After a good tasting and a glass of wine comes a moment of peace - welcome to the corridor that will lead you to the accommodation area. This part is quiet, practical and smells of wood. 🌿 👞 What you'll find • On the right side you will find a shoe rack where you can store your shoes. Feel free to take them off right here - the floor is clean and pleasant. • Above the shoe rack hang hooks for jackets and coats • The door opposite is locked - it leads to a private area where access is no longer needed. • The white door on the right leads to the cleaning room – also locked, so no worries. ☕ Small bar & Wi-Fi On the wooden shelf with a retro van you will find a table with Wi-Fi data: wifi: Wine & Wellness password: you will receive after booking Next to it are a few plants and decorations that make the atmosphere - feel free to put down your wine, camera or mobile phone for a while before you go on. 🔒 Note • The smaller wooden chest is locked - it serves as a storage space for the host's needs. • Likewise, the cleaning cabinet is not accessible. • Otherwise, you can fully enjoy the space – peace, the smell of wood and a few design details for the pleasure of the eyes. 🌼 Summary This is where your private zone begins. This is where the shoes end, the comfort begins. And the Internet? It runs faster than thoughts after a second drink. 🌙 Chill & Regeneration Room (or a place where even time shuts down for a while) This is where the noise of the world stops. Here you lie, breathe, regenerate and look at the stars. The room is tuned to natural tones, the combination of wood, olive green walls and soft light creates an atmosphere of calm. Every detail here has its purpose - from the scent of the diffuser to the constellation on the ceiling. 🌿 What you will find here • Two designer loungers made of solid wood - ideal for relaxing after a sauna or just with wine and thoughts. • "Star ceiling" – the constellation and the Milky Way shine at night, so that the experience is not only about the body but also about the soul. • Regeneration shelf with equipment for your body and mind: • 2× anti-age masks (BrainMarket) • Red Regeneration Lights (Red Light Therapy) • Massage gun • Lymph drainage pants and sleeves • ⇥ Heating and massage belt for back and shoulders • Diffuser + essential oils (mix a few drops with water - the tank does not overflow 😉) • Mobile phone + JBL speaker - ready, charged, connected. • Play music, meditation or a relaxing mix - everything is ready. • Music plays synchronously in the wellness zone with the sauna. 🔴 Red light therapy • They are switched on with a controller that switches on all red lights at once. • ⇥ Red light helps to regenerate muscles, skin and sleep. • Before using the lights, please disconnect wet things from the surroundings (water + electricity = no, not even after wine). 💆 Anti-age masks (BrainMarket) • ⇥ Put the mask on clean skin, turn on with the button. • You can switch color modes: • Red light - collagen stimulation, skin regeneration • Blue light - calming, antibacterial effects • Green light – harmonization and relaxation • After use, wipe the mask and return it to the shelf. 🌺 Diffuser & fragrance • Unscrew the cap, add water up to the mark and a few drops of your favorite oil. • Always turn off and clean the container after use. • All oils are natural and non-toxic - breathe deeply and slowly. 🔌 Charging & comfort • Both Lightning and USB-C chargers are available. • You can charge your phone, headphones or laptop. • The light on the ceiling is also RGB and it is possible to control the colors and intensity with another controller, which can be found on the shelf 🧘‍♀️ Summary This room is your oasis of peace. Silence, scent, music, warmth and cold – everything is here for you. Forget about time, turn off your brain, breathe… and when you're done, there's a sauna next door. 🔥 Wellness & Sauna Zone (a space where sweat meets relaxation) When you open the door from the relaxation zone, you enter a bathroom that is not just a bathroom. It's a small private wellness center where stress is washed away, not laundry - although there is a washing machine. 🚿 What you'll find here • Washing machine & dryer - if you need to dry towels or laundry after sauna, they are available. • Towels, sheets, bathrobes and sauna kilts - all ready, soft and fragrant. • Free toiletries - toothbrush, toothpaste, tampons, cotton swabs, makeup remover pads… if you left something at home. • Diffuser & essential oils - scents of eucalyptus, lavender or citrus. Add a few drops to the water and let the space breathe. 🔥 Finnish sauna (for up to 4 people) • It is switched on with a large button on the control panel directly at the sauna. • In the sauna you will find two rotary controls: • Left – timer: • Can be set up to 10 hours in advance (the first 6 hours is a countdown, the next 4 hours the stove is on). • For normal use, set 1–4 hours of operation. • Right – temperature: • Set to maximum temperature (please do not change). • In the sauna you will find an hourglass, a thermometer, a bucket with a ladle and aroma oils. • You can add a few drops of fragrance to the water in the bucket – never pure oil directly on the stove! ❄️ Cold water bucket & shower • After the sauna, you can cool down in the shower or tip over a bucket of cold water. • The hardening bucket fills automatically - just pull the rope. • Please use only a reasonable amount of water - the shower is not adapted for waterfall battles. • Combination sauna + bucket = total restart of body and head. 💆 Chill after the sauna • Behind the sauna you will find two wooden chairs, ideal for gradual cooling or a glass of water (or wine). • The same relaxing music from JBL plays here – connected to the speaker from the Chill Room. • You can smoothly switch between the red light, the stars and the heat of the sauna. 💡 Tip for the ideal ritual 1. Preheat the sauna (30–40 min). 2. Give yourself a red light in the Chill Room – it activates regeneration. 3. Sauna 10–15 min – deep warming. 4. Cold bucket or shower - restart. 5. 5–10 min rest in the Chill Room, mask, water, scent. 6. Repeat 2–3 times according to your mood. 🌬️ Summary Here you sweat, cool, breathe and renew. Sauna for the body, scent for the soul, chill for the mind. Everything is ready here - just slow down and enjoy the present moment. 🛏 Bedroom under the arch (a place where time has stopped - but the mattresses are new) Once you move on from the wellness area, you'll find yourself in a bedroom that combines history with comfort. The original brick vault gives the space a soul and a natural tranquility. Everyone who comes in here automatically slows down - and that's exactly the point. 🌿 🌙 Sleeping & capacity • The room is ideal for up to 4 adult guests. • Available: • Double bed with storage space under the mattress. • Bunk bed with quality mattresses - for two more guests or children. • Cot / crib - on request, depending on the age of the child (up to approx. 4-5 years). • The linen and blankets are made of fine cotton - all washed and ready for the first night. 👕 Storage space • In the corner you will find a large wardrobe - spacious for suitcases, clothes and personal belongings. • The storage box under the bed can also hold large luggage, so nothing gets in the way. • There is also a clothes hanger and bedside tables with lamps. 💡 Atmosphere & light • Warm Edison bulbs on night lamps create a soft light for evening reading. • The combination of white plaster and red bricks gives the space character – rustic elegance with a touch of romance. • Everything looks clean but natural – no sterile hotel, rather a peaceful retreat with a soul. 🧹 Keeping things tidy • If you spill or spill something, you can use a small cordless vacuum cleaner that is hung on the wall. • It is primarily intended for cleaning, but guests can use it at their convenience. • We only ask for gentle handling - let it serve other guests as well. 🌸 Summary The bedroom under the arch is a place where the past meets the present. Stone, brick, wood – and at the same time a soft bed, the smell of clean linen and peace. They sleep differently here. This is where you really sleep. 🍷 Living & Lounge Zone (a place where wine, relaxation and technology meet) From the bedroom or relaxation zone you enter the central room - the living room with kitchen and library. It's a space that has soul and energy. In the morning there is the smell of coffee, in the evening a glass of wine and during the day you can have fun with games or a movie. ☕ Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped - both functionally and in terms of design. Here you will find everything you need for cooking, baking and morning coffee. Equipment: • Induction hob (4 burners) • Oven & microwave • Dishwasher, fridge-freezer • Coffee maker & mocha pots • Selection of loose and portioned teas, quality coffee, natural syrups • Stylish glasses, mugs, wooden cutting board and cutlery in a uniform style In the kitchen line you will also find a "Bio Breakfast and snack Box" - in case you don't want to rush anywhere in the morning. It contains healthy snacks such as: • nuts, muesli, protein cookies, • instant proteins in a bag, • honey, jams and other organic goodies from Brainmarket. 🛋 Living area A place to live, laugh, share and sleep. • Large sofa bed – comfortable sleeping for 1–2 guests (extra bed). • Smart TV + home theater – connected to Wi-Fi, ready with apps: Netflix • YouTube • Spotify • PlayStation with 2 controllers – perfect for evening chill & fun. • Oculus Quest 3 virtual reality – turn it on to transport yourself to another world (in the menu you will find recommended games and relaxing experiences). • Water pipe (shisha) – purely for relaxation, tobacco is not included in the stay. 📚 Library & Entertainment • You'll find books, magazines, and board games on the shelves. • Everyone will find their own pace here - someone reads, someone meditates, someone plays. • A hammock by the window is the perfect place for a book, tea, or a view of the garden. 🕯 Atmosphere & Lights The space has two light zones: • Day mode – brighter light for cooking and reading. • Evening mode - dimmed warm light for relaxation, wine and peace. Wood, brick and soft light together create a feeling of warmth of home with a touch of luxury. This is where time just stops. 💡 Practical tips • Please be gentle with technology and electronics. • Everything is pre-tested and ready, so it should work without any problems. • If anything seems wrong (e.g., dead controllers, broken VR, etc.), call the number in the guest guide – we'll sort it out. • After departure, please turn off the TV, consoles and lights. 🌿 Summary This room is a balance between the countryside and the modern world. Here you can cook, read, laugh, play, sleep, dream and plan the next day. Every corner here has a purpose. Just open the wine, play the music and be here. Just here. Guest access You enter the accommodation through the main gate and you can use all the spaces described above according to the instructions and they are just for you. If anything - call or write. Other things to note The combination of what you experience here will be hard to find anywhere else. And the beauty of the surroundings and the town of Kamenice nad Lipou is also unique 🌿
