Centrally-located villa with pool

Centrally located villa in Västerås with heated pool, hot tub, trampoline and small basketball court with a cast iron hoop. The house has 5 bedrooms (single beds plus three double beds & a sofa bed for 2), two bathrooms (shower & bathtub), and a sunroom with a dining area and sofa. Walking distance: 15 minutes to the city, 15 minutes to Lake Mälaren, 5 minutes to the grocery store. Please note: This is our permanent home, which means that personal belongings are present. Villa two floors and furnished attic and basement. Narrower staircase to get up to the loft. Level 1: Kitchen with kitchen table, dining room, living room, hallway and bathroom with toilet, sink and bathtub. Exit to the glassed-in patio of about 24 sqm with sofa and dining area. Floor 2: Hallway, bathroom with toilet, sink and shower, three bedrooms, one of them with double bed. Loft: TV room with sofa and bedroom with double bed. Basement level: Laundry room and a bedroom with a TV and a double bed in the form of a sofa bed, as well as two single beds. Outdoors: Heated pool (May 1 - September 30) 8x4 m with pool cover (may be a bit chilly), hot tub (38-39 degrees Celsius year-round), outdoor shower, well-used trampoline, and a small basketball court with a cast basketball hoop. Please note: This is our permanent home, which means that there may be food in the refrigerator and personal belongings in front. We hope you understand this. There is of course space in the refrigerator (in the freezer there may be space) for you as guests. The house is in good condition and is cleaned thoroughly before each stay – but as in all homes that are used daily, there are of course some flaws. An allergy-friendly cat of the breed Neva Masquerade lives in the home, but of course is not there during the time you rent. We have fur allergy sufferers in the family. Working gas grill is available but is not in top condition. Electric car chargers are by the parking lot. Charging is available for a fee as agreed. Other things to note The first section of the pool roof can get stuck so it is good if an adult stands on each side and pushes so you can get it out.😀
