Ground floor • Cozy living room • Fully equipped kitchen • One bedroom • Spacious bathroom with toilet Upstairs • Three bedrooms • Hallway • Shower room with toilet • A beautiful terrace, perfect for relaxing The garden features a century-old olive tree and a fig tree, creating a peaceful Mediterranean setting. At the back of the property there is a traditional Kerkennian house, part of the property but unoccupied. Guests can park their vehicles inside the property. Located on a narrow part of the island, the sea can be seen from both the north and south sides, offering beautiful light and sunsets. A perfect place to slow down, relax and discover the authentic life of the Kerkennah Islands. At the bottom of the garden is a traditional Kerkennian house, part of the property but uninhabited. Guests can park their vehicle inside the property. Located on a narrow part of the island, the sea is visible from both sides: north and south, offering magnificent lights and sunsets. A perfect place to slow down, rest and discover the authenticity of the Kerkennah Islands. Guest access How to get to the Kerkennah Islands To reach the island, take the ferry from the port of Sfax. The crossing takes about 1 hour and ferries run several times a day. Schedules can be checked on the ferry company's website. ⚠️ Online booking is usually only possible with a Tunisian bank card. If needed, Tarek, our local host, can book the ferry for you. You can reimburse him when you arrive. ⸻ Once on the island After arriving at Sidi Youssef (Mellita) port: 1. Follow the main road towards El Remla (the island's main town). 2. Drive about 22 km. 3. Around 5 km before El Remla, you will pass through the village of El Abbassia, where the house is located. Tarek will send you GPS location and simple directions to reach the house easily. ⸻ Additional information • The house is fully air-conditioned in summer and heated in winter for year-round comfort. • Private parking is available on the property. • If you arrive without a car, Tarek can help arrange a local taxi. How to get to the Kerkennah Islands To get to the island, you need to take the ferry from the port of Sfax. The crossing takes about 1 hour and the ferries run several times a day. Follow the main road towards El Remla (the center of the island). 2. Continue for about 22 km. 3. About 5 km before El Remla, you will cross the village El Abbassia, where the house is located.
