It has comfortable furnishings, modern amenities, lots of space, and a view of the main Cerritos surf break. The entire Cerritos Dreams development is walled, with secure off-street parking for your vehicle. There is also a shared central pool with a gas BBQ, shaded palapa, lounge chair seating, dining seating, bar seating and outdoor fitness equipment. The pool area also has its own bathroom and shower for clean up. Grill some fresh fish on the BBQ while watching the spectacular Cerritos sunsets from the pool area. It is a great space for hanging outdoors for family-style meals, games, or just an afternoon siesta in the sunshine. The Penthouse has a kitchenette, en-suite bathroom, and open dining and living area. It has a large comfortable chaise lounge couch to stretch out on to read a book, listen to music, or watch the flat-screen Smart TV. Listen to music from your own device via bluetooth, stream movies, play games, or step onto the roof deck to watch the ocean, hang in a hammock, or entertain around the BBQ island and firepit.
