Just 18 minutes to Magnetic Hill and Magic Mountain! Just 7 mins to Salisbury’s shops & eats—Gaxiola Mexican restaurant, Wrights Bakery, Pizza Mill, Tim Hortons & Green Pig Market. Close to pool, trails, splash pad & highway access for exploring NB gems like Hopewell Rocks & Fundy. Comfort, character & adventure await! The space The Cozy Coop Rules and Guidelines 🐾 Pet-Friendly Space - Friendly pets are welcome! Please keep them leashed—long leash is provided. - Pets must be supervised at all times and never left alone in the camper. - Please clean up after your pet. Poo bags are provided. 🚐 Camper Boundaries - Guests are asked to stay within the designated camper area(green fenced) Our lawn and the neighbour's lawn connects on one side. Please dont go further than the dog leash will reach. - The backyard, including the pool and trampoline, is a private family space and not available to guests. 🚫 Camper Etiquette - No smoking inside the camper, please. - Always turn on the exhaust fan when using the stove. - Questions or need assistance? Feel free to call or message us—just no knocking at the house door, thanks for respecting our privacy. 🚽 Plumbing Care - Only toilet paper should be flushed. - Please do not flush tampons or other hygiene products—this helps us keep everything flowing smoothly! 🅿️ Parking Info - Guest parking is clearly marked on the green fence—just look for the sign when you arrive. 🔥 Bonfire Safety - Before lighting a bonfire, please check the current fire regulations for Westmorland County. - You can find up-to-date fire watch info on New Brunswick’s Fire Watch page. 🔕 Quiet Hours - To keep the atmosphere restful for everyone, please avoid excessive noise after 10:00 PM. Guest access Guests have their own private area on our lawn. Camper is located on the right side of our driveway on the lawn and garage and house is located on the left of the driveway. Guests have a green fenced area in front of the camper. Our lawn is connected to our neighbours on the right-hand side of the camper, we ask if guests to stay on this side of the Oak tree.
