Nice house with riverview in a rural location

Welcome to logement Fortzicht! An idyllic brand new semi-detached house with front view on the Amstel and back view at a fort which is part of the Defence Line of Amsterdam. The house is situated about an half hour drive from Amsterdam and Amstelveen. Restaurants and shops can be found in towns like Uithoorn, Vinkeveen or Mijdrecht at about an 10-15 minutes drive. The house is located in a rural area and has its own parking space. You do need a car. On the amstel is the 2 person canoe. The space You have access to the entire house. The layout is as follows: Ground floor contains a utility room with washing machine and dryer. The kitchen, dining area and sitting area are open plan. The hall gives access to a separate toilet and a bathroom with shower. Via the stairs you reach the first floor where the master bedroom is with a view of the Amstel, second bedroom with two single beds that can also be put together, storage room and 1 full bathroom with toilet, bath and shower. You have acces to a deck terras at the back with chairs and at the front there is a jetty with a canoe you can use.
