Whole Annexe in our family home & private entrance

Welcome to our lovely Annex, located in our Family home on quiet residential street. Private Entrance, Kitchenette, Bathroom, Double bedroom & off road parking. Use of our kitchen & garden are available upon request, Please just ask. Close walk to Ipswich town, football club and train station. Sizewell c and London are both 1hr drive away. london liverpool street by train 1hr. Felixstowe (seaside town) 15m by train. We have a cat & children, so can't be allergic to either ;-) Guest access Whole annex is exclusively for you. Use of the rear garden and our Kitchen is available, upon request. Other things to note Please get in touch if you would like short/long-term stay as we are happy to discuss. We also have a portable electric hob for you to use along with pots and pans and utensils. The kitchenette doesn't have a sink, but the bathroom does, and we provide a washing up bowl, cloths and washing up liquid in the wall cupboards to wash up in the kitchenette area.
