Apartment with large patio

Our second home on car-free Dyrön - a place we ourselves long to return to. Two bedrooms, a sofa bed and an air mattress, so there is space for the whole family (up to 7). Large patio where the sun shines all day, fully equipped kitchen and fresh bathroom. Close to the rock pools, hiking trails, ICA, and the island's two restaurants. Car-free, quiet, and yes... close to everything! Welcome to our home. The space This is our home away from home – for worse. You will have to live with us stewing away some of our things in some cabinets, but that also means that we want you to feel at home for real. Play with the toys, borrow a skateboard, a tennis rack or a football, play games-use what's available. You live in two bedrooms, one with a double bed (180 cm) and the other with a bunk bed (90 cm). In the living room, there is also a sofa bed (140 cm) and an air mattress to bring out if necessary. At most, we can fit in seven – then it will be cozy, but it works fine for the extended family. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook real food: stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, coffee maker and most everything else. The dining area is a favorite corner with a wallpapered fund wall and lots of light. The bathroom is fresh and spacious, with shower and washing machine. But the apartment's big thing is the deck. It is large and sunny – here the sun shines from early morning to late afternoon, with a dining table, parasol, comfortable seating and some vegetation. And right next door is the football field, Gunnarhallen, tennis and boule court as well as gym and outdoor gym. The football field is practically next door to the terrace, so you can sit around with your morning coffee and watch the kids run off. A perfect place for families with children who need to be activated. Fast Wi-Fi is of course, so you can stream a movie as well as working for a while if you have to. And should the rain come to visit there is TV, Apple TV and PS5. From here, it's close to everything. Several of Dyröns, hiking trails pass by in the forest behind the apartment. The ICA store, which is manned daytime but open 24/7, is a 10 minute walk away. The island is car-free, so both big and small can move freely and in peace of mind. THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE YOU BOOK: Bed linens and towels are always included at weekly or two-week booking. For shorter stays, it is possible to purchase at SEK 200 per guest. You take care of the cleaning yourself – but if you don't have time or don't want to, we can, subject to availability, arrange it for SEK 2,500 per stay. Welcome to our Dyrön!
