Gîte Le Lampeau

An oasis of space and tranquility, but not isolated. On the outskirts of a small village is our gîte Le Lampeau, named after the small ditch that has this name. Within walking distance, there is a small grocery store that has fresh bread 7 days a week, and a "Pub" open on weekends from 6 PM, often with live music and food (temporarily closed). Many hiking trails, golf courses, wine tastings and bastide towns such as Eymet, Monflaquin, Duras and Issigeac in the area. 30 minutes from Bergerac airport. The space The 60m² gite is equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. The gîte has a large bedroom with plenty of storage space and a small sitting area. The bed is made when you arrive, and in the blanket box are extra pillows as well as blankets for the cooler nights. The large kitchen is equipped with a hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and microwave/oven. A Nespresso machine and kettle are provided, as well as a basic supply of coffee cups and tea. Tea and towels are provided. The spacious bathroom with walk-in shower has a cabinet with storage space where the toilet paper and hair dryer can be found. Towels are provided and are changed every three days. The salon is very light due to the large sliding door of 2.80 meters. There is a sofa bed with two comfortable armchairs as well as a small desk and an Android smart TV. A fast internet connection is available throughout the gîte and also on the terrace free of charge. Air conditioning for the warm days and hot air heating for the cold make your stay comfortable. The gîte has a large terrace with easy chairs and a nice dining table and overlooks the private garden. For shade, there is a large canopy. In the private garden, there is a private above-ground swimming pool of 4.5 meters in diameter and a pergola with two sun loungers. Under the beautiful weeping willow, it is wonderful to relax in the coolness of the tree with a book. In a sheltered corner is a small seat where you can sit in the sun in the morning. The gîte covers the entire lower floor, has its own entrance, which guarantees privacy. Through the private driveway, you can reach the entrance by car. There is plenty of parking space.
