Take an active vacation, cycling, hiking, climbing or skiing or simply laze in the sun or have a cozy barbecue … Enjoy your vacation individually in a spacious, sunny apartment between Steinwald and Fichtelgebirge. The apartment offers ideal opportunities for up to 8 people. It is located in Masch, a district about 3 km outside of Waldershof. There is no connection to public transport, so a private car is necessary. The space Spacious, bright apartment on the 1st floor, quietly located, on the outskirts of Masch, with fantastic views of the local mountain Kösseine. Behind the house there are meadows, fields and forest - Up to 8 people in four separate bedrooms (Sofa bed and air bed are also possible. A crib, high chair and stool for the bathroom are also available for small children – please ask!) - Large living-dining room with tiled stove - TV, radio, free Wi-Fi - Fully equipped kitchen with oven, 4 hotplates, fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, egg cooker - Separate pantry - Bathroom with toilet, shower, tub, bidet, two sinks and underfloor heating - Separate toilet - South-facing balcony with lounge chairs and seating furniture - 2-3 free parking spaces in front of the house - Garden house with terrace and barbecue area for your own use - Use of the herb garden - Storage option for skis and bicycles - Linens, towels and dish towels and consumables such as detergent and toilet paper are provided - Drying rack, ironing board (iron upon request) - A washing machine and dryer can be shared for a small fee We are happy to heat our basement sauna for a fee of €30. Please just ask! Guest access The apartment is closed, access is via a staircase. There are two free parking spaces right in front of the house. Next to the garden house there is a small terrace with sun loungers and seating furniture, where you can also barbecue, as well as a sandbox with sand toys for small children. On cool evenings, you are also welcome to use the fire pit. In the garden house, you can also store your bicycles. Other things to note House rules Non-smoking house, smoking is only possible on the balcony. No pets, please. Please be careful with the furnishings. If something breaks, please let us know so that we can provide a replacement. No parties or events The check-in or check-out times are flexible. They will be agreed by phone or email.
