Damage Deposit: A security deposit of 5,000 TL will be taken during check-in for damage, loss, breakage, spillage, etc. The deposit is returned by our team at the exit of the villa when there are no problems such as broken, damaged, lost items. General note: All of our villas located in nature are regularly cleaned and disinfected for insects and pests. In our houses located in nature, insects etc. are more likely to appear compared to the villas located in the center. This applies to all houses located in nature. Guest access This residence is designed entirely for the needs of guests. The garden is private. The pool is private for you. You'll have the entire house at your disposal. Other things to note Single-use toilet paper is placed in the bathrooms at home. Our guests who rent the house buy the basic necessities that you can consume during the holiday. We do not keep food such as salt, black pepper, oil, spices, sugar in the house for hygiene reasons. Guests can shop for their own needs. *Electricity, Water, Gas fees are included in the house rental price. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, rental car, guidance services, health, etc. Insurance is not included in the price.
