Green & quiet house next to Art Basel & Goetheanum

I am an architect with an eye for athmosphere. Our single standing house is at the end of the village, next to the wineyards, built by architect Rudolf Meier. At the same time it is very close to a bus, tram stop & trainstation. It takes 10 mins to Goetheanum & 20 mins for downtown Basel. The garden serves with privacy to eat outside. A kamin heats up the whole place. The kitchen is spacious as the rest of the house. A second toilet makes it easy to get along. We offer our 25m2 guestroom.
