The space Located on the 10th floor (with elevator) of an elegant building, this 110 sqm (1,185 sq ft) penthouse is unique in Licata: a "villa in the sky" flooded with natural light from sunrise to sunset. The apartment has been recently renovated with a contemporary design, crafted to offer a superior stay experience. Living Area & Terraces The living room is spacious and inviting, featuring comfortable sofas and a Smart TV. The apartment boasts three private terraces: one directly accessible from the kitchen (perfect for al fresco breakfasts) and two others exclusive to two of the bedrooms, offering privacy and unique views of the sea and the city. The Kitchen A spacious, eat-in kitchen designed for comfort. It is fully equipped with a microwave, kettle, and a Nespresso coffee machine (capsules provided for guests) to start your day right. Sleeping Area (Sleeps 6) We offer a variety of sleeping arrangements to suit everyone's needs. The three bedrooms are set up as follows: Master Bedroom: A spacious King Size bed for maximum comfort. Second Room: A cozy French double bed. Third Room: Two single beds, perfect for children or friends. All rooms are tastefully furnished and include high-quality linens (sheets and towels provided). The Bathrooms The apartment features two full bathrooms, both equipped with bidets: Main bathroom with a bathtub, for moments of relaxation. Second bathroom with a shower, practical and modern. Comfort & Technology Perfect for remote working: Wi-Fi: Stable connection throughout the apartment. Air Conditioning: A/C to keep the environment cool and pleasant. GUEST ACCESS You will have exclusive access to the entire penthouse. Self Check-in is available for your convenience. Check-in and check-out outside of standard hours are possible upon request and may incur an extra fee. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE We are in an enviable location: 100 meters away: The sea, the tourist marina, and the promenade. 400 meters away: The town center with restaurants, bars, and shops. Guest access xclusive Access You will enjoy complete privacy: the entire 110 sqm penthouse and its three terraces are for your exclusive use. No spaces are shared. Arrival & Parking (EV Charging) The building is equipped with an elevator to take you comfortably to the 10th floor. Car logistics are excellent: Parking is available right at the foot of the building and in the immediate vicinity. For electric vehicle owners: there is a convenient charging station just 40 meters from the entrance. Check-in Procedures Thanks to our Self Check-in system, you can arrive independently without the stress of coordinating a specific meeting time for keys. Flexibility We are happy to accommodate requests for early check-in or late check-out (subject to availability). Please note that these requests outside standard hours may incur a small extra fee. Other things to note Online Check-in & Documents To ensure a smooth arrival, you will receive a link to a secure portal where you can independently upload IDs for all guests before your trip. This step is mandatory under Italian law and must be completed in order to receive the access codes for the apartment. The Elevator (Important!) Please be very careful to always close the elevator door firmly after use. If the door is not perfectly closed (both inner and outer doors), the system locks up, causing significant inconvenience to the entire building. Waste Recycling We care about the environment. We kindly ask you to separate your waste following the recycling instructions you will find in the apartment. Please do not leave trash in the apartment at check-out. House Rules As this is a quiet residential building, please keep noise to a minimum, especially at night (10:00 PM - 08:00 AM) and during the afternoon siesta. Parties and events are strictly forbidden. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment (you are welcome to smoke on the three outdoor terraces). Safety Note Being on the 10th floor, the terraces offer spectacular views but require care: if traveling with children, please never leave them unattended in the outdoor areas.
