Cozy cabin in scenic surroundings. Nice, slightly secluded location right by the Dåsane river. Good fishing, swimming and hiking opportunities just in the vicinity. Free fishing license is provided. Nice nature around the cabin and nice, easy hiking trails to hike. The cabin has 3 bedrooms, electricity, and a wood-burning stove. Short distance to Evje with shops and many activity opportunities. About 30 minutes to Bortelid ski- and alpine center. Parking is just outside the cabin. Dog allowed The space Cozy cabin right by the river bank and quiet surroundings. Pine trees and forest nature provide a cozy atmosphere and the sound of a small waterfall on the river peaks the atmosphere. Nice to sit around the firepit in the evening and hear birdsong and waterfall sounds. Great fishing and swimming areas right near the cabin. Free fishing license is provided. It is also nice to hike on small roads that are in the area. Cabin is a bit shielded near a small forest road with little traffic. Parking is just outside of cabin. The road is cleared in the winter. . Cabin has a bedroom with double bed and 2 bedrooms with bunk bed. A total of 6 beds. Kitchen has most of the equipment you need for self-catering. Refrigerator with small freezer, microwave, coffee maker, stove with oven. Living room with corner sofa and a good efficient wood stove. Terrace with garden furniture on both sides of the cabin. The terrace in front of the cabin facing the river has small doors that can be closed off. Cabin has electricity. There are 2 electric furnaces in the cabin but is recommended to use a wood-burning stove in addition. The water is collected from the river that is open all year. There is a path down to the water. You can drink water from the river or take water jugs from the cabin by filling them at the nearest gas station in Evje. Bring some wood or ask the host for a map where you can buy wood. -Biological compost toilet outside. -1 Quiet dog is allowed but there are total leashes throughout the year due to a lot of grazing animals ba. sheep and forest animals in the area. It is also wanted to be mentioned that it is a little steep towards the river so small children must be supervised in the river since. Down by the river are very nice swimming spots. Long gravel sandy beach which is great with small children. Along the river are also great fishing spots. Free fishing license is included on the rent. Applies to the area 200 meters from the cabin along the river. There are bleach, aure and perch in the river. Bleach is a fairly rare fish that is not many places in Norway. Possibility to rent sauna /barrel sauna at Håvestøl nature camp. About 15 minutes drive from the cabin. in sauna there is hot water and you can wash up. Ask the host for more info. 10 minutes drive to Evje mineral park, shops, gas stations, go-kart track, climbing park, hiking trails, dining areas, etc. in Evje there is also the possibility of rafting. To Kristiansand Zoo, airport and ferry to Dannmark it is about 1 hour by car. For cross-country ski trails and alpine skiing you can drive to Bortelid about 35 min by car From July 1, it is possible to come by bus from Evje to us.
