This renovated two-story house is: • 200m from the sea • 1.2km from the center of the village, where there are many restaurants and cafes • 1km from Faros Beach, where there is an organized kitesurf camp, where you can rent equipment and take kitesurf lessons • Very close to Lihadonisia, which you can access by private boat The neighborhood is very quiet and the streets are also suitable for bicycles. The space The residence consists of 2 floors. - On the ground floor, there is a large living room with sofas and a TV, a spacious and fully equipped kitchen and a wc. - On the floor, there are the two bedrooms that have a double bed each and storage spaces (one has a balcony) and the bathroom. - The ground floor front porch has a living room and a dining area. - For more privacy, you can also use the backyard. Guest access Guests can use all the space of the two-storey house, the backyard, as well as the front terrace with the garden in the section in front of the house.
