Nice condo, great location, 3 min or less walk to be on the sand of Treasure Island, Sunset Beach & The Gulf of Mexico! Watch breathtaking sunsets daily, walk to restaurants, bars, shops, hotels.Etc, short drive to downtown St Petersburg, nightlife etc, free parking, great neighbors, copy of your ID & approval of the association upon acceptance. NO pets by condo rules and allergies in family. High speed internet, working space. 2 TVS ++channels The space This condo is on the second floor and has a perfect location..you are going to be in a very nice beach 3 minutes walk to the water where you can watch breathtaking sunsets every day, you can walk to restaurants, bars, shops, food markets and shops, big buildings and big hotels are not allowed to be built here because locals want to keep a relaxing atmosphere, we don't have too much traffic, and is never crowded, it is like a hidden jewel. You are minutes away by public transportation or by car from other beaches like Indian Rock, St Pete beach, Clearwater beach and others, about 20 minutes away from St Pete College, downtown St Petersburg, the famous Dali Museum, The Fine Arts, the Chihuly and many other museums and galleries, restaurants and night life. I will be available to give you all the information you need about places to go, transportation and others. No pets are allowed and no smoking in the building only in the designated area at the back of the building by condo rules ,it is preferable for none smokers. Take a walk along the wide white sands while enjoying some of the most beautiful sunsets you will ever see, while collecting the beautiful seashells that wash ashore. Besides being able to enjoy the numerous restaurants and bars, many within walking distance, you can also hop on the affordable Suncoast Beach Trolley, or head down towards John's Pass, a beautiful fishing village with over one hundred merchants with unique retail shopping, fishing fleet, cruise lines, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Treasure Island is only minutes away from the Tyrone Square Shopping Mall, and other shops, like Best Buy, Marshalls, Macys, Dillards and more. There are other attractions less than a two hours drive including The Disney Parks, Universal Studios, SeaWorld, Busch Gardens, Tampa’s Lowry Park Zoo, Tampa Bay Aquarium, Ybor City, just to mention some of them, and if you are a sport fan you have professional teams drive to Tampa Tampa Bay Rays, football (soccer) game , Tampa Bay Rowdies (St Petersburg). In Tampa you will have football with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Tampa Bay Lighting hockey and the University of South Florida NCAA Division I Big East College sports. There is high speed WiFi and Roku, stream TV, several extras in the condo. Whether you want to be active or to just relax you can have it... And if you need me, you can call me at any time for example if you need information or if there is something I can do for you, I will always be happy to help and will do my best for my guest/guests to be comfortable and that they have what they need. Minimum rent is one month from the 1st to the end of the month. We need to send forms to the Condominium Management Group for approval, and you need to send them a $50.00 check, the beach is worthy , you will have a great time. You will enjoy a very friendly and relaxing atmosphere but if you need more excitement there are several choices for example going downtown St Petersburg with many restaurants, bars, theaters, museums, etc or you can walk to Ka’ Tiki with live music daily, burgers and drinks or to Ricki Ts where they have food, drinks , live music sometimes you may go inside and dance with a band playing or to the back to listen to good musicians while another musician is playing in the front bar area... There are many other restaurants like Sea Dogs , Sloppy Joes, Caddys on the water, the Middle Ground, just to mention some of them, if you come with your car or you are renting one you always have a place to park which is not always the case on the beach as there are other condominiums that do not have parking area, there is also a laundry room in the building and you can use it as needed and don't forget to go to the beach at sunset time which is really an amazing experience and please do not hesitate in contacting me if you have questions or would like more information about the area. The condo is not fancy but has everything you need like bedding, towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner etc a fully equipped kitchen probably with more than you need and a host that cares and will be right there if you need me and ready to give you information about the area and places to go, or if you need anything, the apartment and the building are as they are in the pictures except for the deck area that is going to be remodeled soon, I have more than 40 pictures in the website and will add more soon so my guests know what to expect. Note: Allergies run in my family, including me, my sister and some children in my family, we visit and / or stay in the condo sometimes and we can get bad allergic reactions, very sorry but I cannot accept any kind of pets in the condo.
