The space This is our bright and modern family home, offered to guests while we are away. It is a bright modern home situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in Didcot, perfect for both business travellers and leisure seekers alike. Guests have access to: 🍳 Fully equipped kitchen 🛋️ living room 📺 WiFi and Netflix 🛌 king sized beds in 2 rooms 🛌 small single sofa bed in the kitchen that can comfortably fit one guest (set up upon request with bedding when there are 5 guests) 🛁 full bathroom 🚾 WC Two of the rooms will be available for guests, offering full and exclusive access to the fully equipped kitchen, living room, bathroom, and WC. Fully equipped kitchen 🍳 : A fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, cookware and utensils. We also offer complimentary coffee, tea, and sugar, together with filtered drinking water from a dedicated tap. Living Room 📺: The living room has a 55" Smart TV (no TV license) with access to Netflix. It also has very comfortable 2-seater and 3-seater sofas. Bedrooms 🛌: There are two bedrooms available to guests. The first has a king-size bed, a built-in wardrobe, and a dedicated workstation with a swivel chair. The second bedroom also features a king-size daybed which is always set up. Bathroom 🛁: The main bathroom is located on the first floor and features a fitted bath. WC 🚾: A separate WC is available downstairs. Garden 🪴: The property has a private two-tier garden. Parking 🚗: There is free driveway parking and plenty of free on-street parking around. Unfortunately, we cannot allow pets due to allergy concerns. 📍Just a 15-minute walk from Didcot Parkway Station, you’ll have quick and easy access to direct trains to London Paddington, Oxford, and Reading. If you're driving, Oxford is only 20-25 minutes away and Reading is 30-35 minutes by car. Local supermarkets, pubs, and other amenities are all close by with a short drive, so everything you need is within easy reach. One of the rooms will be locked with our belongings inside and we expect the guests to respect that. You will also have free access to high-speed Wi-Fi. The lounge has a TV (no TV license) with Netflix. Since this is a family home, two of the rooms will be locked with the owners belongings, so we appreciate guests respecting it. Other things to note Unfortunately no pets due to severe allergies.
