Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway between historic Cathedral City Downpatrick and Strangford, 45km to Belfast City Airport. In an ANOB near CastleWard and the pretty village of Strangford with good bars, restaurants and shops and the Ferry connecting to the Ards peninsula. Kilclief Beach is a 10 minute drive and 25 mins to the Mourne Mts. Golf courses abound and there are wonderful walking trails, making it the perfect place to explore this beautiful part of the world from. The space The open plan studio style loft is accessed by a set of outdoor steps leading straight into a small kitchenette equipped with a mini fridge, kettle, toaster and microwave. The living area has a kingsize bed, an easy chair, dining table and two chairs. There is a compact ensuite bathroom with shower and sliding barn door. Plenty of character with sloping ceilings on entry, exposed steel beams and a large arched window which makes it light and bright and affords views over the garden and Strangford Lough with its myriad of Islands and the most stunning sunsets. Guest access The loft is self contained and accessed by a set of outside steps. There is a designated seating area with planters and fencing, a small fire pit, dining table and chairs and covered area with gas BBQ for your sole use. There are cushions and blankets provided, please do not take any soft furnishing from the loft for use outside. Parking is to the side or rear of garage. Other things to note In the loft there are sudoku, crosswords, puzzles, playing cards and games along with mindful style colouring books and pencils for use during your stay and a selection of books for you to enjoy. We have chosen not to provide Wi-Fi or a television and hope you enjoy the digital break. There is good 5G coverage at the property. Food for a light breakfast is provided and complimentary.
