Welcome to our cozy finca, located in the quiet Spanish countryside, just a stone's throw (15 min.) away from picturesque Altea and the bustling coast. Surrounded by olive trees, mountains and rustic charm, you can enjoy ultimate privacy and space here. The beaches, markets and cozy villages are just a few minutes' drive away. A unique place to unwind, discover and fully enjoy the real Spain. The space Between the rolling hills and overlooking the surrounding nature is our finca – a place where tranquility, style and authenticity come together. The finca has been completely renovated with care and attention to detail, preserving the charm of the original building and effortlessly combining it with contemporary comfort. The finca has 3 bedrooms on the first floor, bedroom 1, 1 bed of 180x220 cm, bedroom 2- 1 bed 180x200cm, bedroom 3, pull-out bed 160x200cm. Bedroom 4 is on the ground floor, this is our office where there are 2 single beds of 90x200cm. On the first floor is a spacious bathroom with shower, bath and toilet. On the ground floor is an extra toilet, outside the house is an extra bathroom with shower and toilet available. And there is an extra outdoor shower next to the pool. Thick stone walls, wooden beamed ceilings and original elements are reminiscent of the rich past, while modern accents, natural materials and a warm, contemporary decor create an inviting atmosphere. Large windows and French doors bring the outdoors in, with views of the garden, terrace or surrounding nature everywhere. Guest access The entire home is at your disposal, complete privacy, also the large swimming pool is completely private.
