You are free to enjoy the entire villa and all its facilities in complete privacy. Lake Como, charming villages, mountain trails and ski areas are all easily reached by car. Other things to note Villa Patrizia is set in a peaceful mountain location at approximately 800 metres above sea level, strategically positioned between Lake Como and the ski areas. The lake is approximately 12–15 minutes away by car, while the ski slopes can be reached in around 18–22 minutes. A car is recommended to make the most of the area and easily reach villages, restaurants, Lake Como, ski slopes and outdoor activities. Many of the villa’s furnishings, finishes and bespoke details were crafted by Italian master artisans, with particular attention to materials, design and quality — a genuine Made in Italy touch throughout the property.
