Between Rennes and St Malo, this old building, completely renovated, is ideally located in the heart of Romantic Brittany. The quiet environment of our small village and the view of the fields will help you to recharge your batteries. Its geographical location will allow you to easily access the must-see sites of the region: • 5 min from Ille et Rance canal • 10 min from Bécherel • 15 minutes from Hédé and Combourg • 20 minutes from Dinan and Rennes • 25 min from Saint Malo • 30 minutes from Cancale and Dinard • 45 min from Mont St Michel The space The house consists of a beautiful living room, a laundry room and a toilet on the ground floor, and 2 bedrooms (1 bed 160 x 200 and 1 bed 140 x 190) and a shower room upstairs. Sheets, towels and tea towels provided. You will also have a large private terrace with garden furniture to have breakfast, stroll or barbecue. Private unenclosed car park. Pets not allowed. Whether you're coming for a vacation, a weekend or work, you'll be welcome. The (indirect) proximity of our main accommodation will allow us to host you in the best conditions. All the information useful for discovering our beautiful region: sites to visit, activities, restaurants, ... will be accessible in the accommodation.
