Cozy cottage from 1986.🏠 A cottage that has, in my opinion, everything a cottage should have. Good rooms, a kitchen from 2015 in connection with the living room so you can be part of the conversation. There is a wood-burning stove and you have to provide wood yourself🌲. Good location where you can lie without anyone being able to see you. 300 meters from the North Sea, 100 meters to the grocery store and 100 meters to a new playground 😁👍 In 2021, a new roof and insulation were installed. In 2023, a heat pump was installed. The space A really nice cottage with everything that in my opinion it should have. It is nice and quiet up there and the location of the house is great as you can be there undisturbed on the terrace and garden. Just got a new terrace that you can enjoy and lie and sunbathe without being seen. Brand new roof just put on in the spring Guest access You can use the whole house. However, I have a room that I use myself when I am up there and that room is locked.
