Surrounded by forests, fields and river, it promises calm and disconnection. And for even more well-being: an outdoor Nordic bath. The space 220 m² cottage spread over three floors. The ground floor has a large living room with hall, fully equipped integrated kitchen, dining area and cozy living room with wood and pellet stove. There is also a functional laundry room. Each floor has a bathroom with shower and sink, and a separate toilet. Bedrooms: 3 double bedrooms with 160×200 beds on the 2nd floor and a living room with foosball. The attic houses an attic bedroom (160 bed modular in two 80) and a dormitory (4 90 beds + extra beds). Outside: a 300 m² enclosed courtyard, a 27 m² friendly chapi, a terrace with Nordic bath, a secure room for bicycles, private parking and an electric charging station (payment according to consumption).
