Our accommodation is located in Heilgersdorf, a small village 4 km from Seßlach between Bamberg and Coburg with a cozy atmosphere, plenty of space and a quiet location. A good starting point for single travelers, couples and families alike to discover and enjoy culture and Franconian-Thuringian sights - or simply for a vacation. The space We finished the apartment for our guests in July 2017. It was important to us, on the one hand, to preserve the substance of an old Franconian half-timbered house (barn), but on the other hand to equip it in such a way that it was fun to enjoy life in it. On the one hand we live in the village, on the other hand we enjoy in our garden the view over the whole village, its church, the brewery or the castle. Guest access In our house there are two complete apartments, which have a common entrance and are separated by a staircase. The “upper” apartment is exclusively for our guests. There is a private bathroom and bedroom as well as a spacious living room. If required, a second bedroom is available in the apartment. A very large living room with tiled stove is available, as well as a spacious kitchen with private dining area. The first bedroom is suitable for 2 adults and 1 – 2 children (folding bed / cot / travel cot). If required, a second bedroom with double bed (180 x 200) is available. If the weather is nice and warm, our guests can of course also use our covered terrace (directly next to the kitchen, see picture). Ideal for “dining out”, reading, resting, playing, entertaining. Several more seating in the green or covered on our spacious property offer a great view over our village. If the weather is right, you can also stoke campfires with us, covered, but play soccer outside, balance on the slackline, lie under the trees in the hammock, swing as you like on our tree swing. . . For children we have books, indoor and outdoor toys, a very small sandpit with a small children’s slide, children’s tractors (with trailer of course), kettcar, . . . Other things to note Stairs in front of and in the house as well as the garden slope make a stay for handicapped guests not recommended.
