Parking for 3 cars and on-road parking. The space Accessed via a private road and through an archway, the property has a sense of privacy and genuine tranquillity. The front courtyard has parking for three cars and doorways to the main house and to the annex. Inside the main house, there unfolds a series of thoughtfully designed spaces filled with light, art, and character. Downstairs, you will find a dining room with a wooden dining table that seats up to 16 people and a Bechstein upright piano, perfect for impromptu recitals. The downstairs living room features a cosy U-shaped sofa seating up to 10 people, a Samsung Frame TV, and a hi-fi music system. Alongside, the kitchen is super modern and fully equipped with all of the usual appliances. A large kitchen island and breakfast bar makes this the perfect social hub. A corridor leads to the ground-floor bedrooms and bathrooms: a single bedroom with a TV bed and a desk and wardrobe; a double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and desk/vanity area; a further double bedroom with large, fitted wardrobes and a dressing table; a modern shower room and WC; and a large family bathroom with a shower-over-bath and vanity unit. Upstairs, an open-plan galleried space includes a library and study area with a height-adjustable desk, a luxurious lounge area with three 3-person sofas around a modern coffee table. There is a Yamaha electric piano, guitar and bongo drums for evening recitals! Around this space, there are three further bedrooms: a cosy double bedroom; a large bedroom with a double bed and double sofa bed as well as a large desk; and the master bedroom including a four-poster double bed (with a Tempur "The Cloud" mattress) and a classically-styled bathroom with a shower-over-bath. The annex is connected to the main house by a corridor as well as being accessible via a separate front door. It includes two double bedrooms, one with a double bed and built-in wardrobes, the other with a single-size sofa bed and small kitchenette. The annex also has a further bathroom with a shower-over-bath. On the ground floor of the annex, you'll also find a utility area and laundry. Most of the bedrooms have smart televisions. All of the bathrooms are fully equipped with towels and toiletries. Please note that we provide one towel per guest. There are extra touches throughout the house to convey a sense of luxury and wellbeing. French doors open from the main downstairs living room into the back garden. The garden is large and mature with many different areas and aspects. It includes: a patio with a large dining table and 14 chairs, a decked area alongside the house for outdoor dining; an outdoor kitchen with An Ooni pizza oven, a Weber BBQ, a large garden house for daytime yoga or late-night gatherings; a pond with a water feature fountain; and a meditation garden with a fire pit. There is also a table tennis table and many outdoor seats, including hanging chairs. This unique home offers the space, sophistication, and warmth for memorable stays with family and friends. Please note, our house is a semi-detached barn and so we have neighbours, therefore our property is NOT suitable for any type of party or loud gatherings, and we ask for quiet hours between 22:00-08:00am.
