The shared space includes Great Room, Outside areas, Butler's Pantry, Kitchen/Leisure Room. Guest do not have access to master suite and garage. House is armed with security system and 2 cameras for everyone's safety . Guest bath HAS NO SHOWER BUT A LARGE TUB IS AVAILABLE FOR USE. IT IS A SHARED TUB IF OTHER GUESTS ARE PRESENT. (one at a time please). We provide the basics ( soap & shampoo products) but no personal hygiene products such as deodorants or hair care items. No laundry available but we can assist in an emergency! Please limit entering & exiting home between midnight and 8 AM. Early check in-$10 hour (if available) Checkout after 11am charged an extra day stay. No Partying! We are available when at the house or by phone as needed. The amazing views and quiet neighborhood set us apart from most neighborhoods. Mayflower has 2200 residents and has the "small town feel" to it, easy to get around. No public transportation we're aware of but easy to get around town. Typical grocery store, laundry mat, and several restaurants are within 10 minutes of residence.
