Cozy Mountain Retreat- the Great Escape

SHARED SPACE WITH OWNERS! Early check in/Late check out $10 per hour. Gorgeous home with stunning views of the Arkansas River, all set in a small town setting. Only 10 minutes from I-40 and 25 minutes from Little Rock or Conway. Back deck available. If you're looking for quiet, nature, and a view to die for, you'll love us! The space Free parking in front of the house, please park in driveway in front of house. This house is a shared space with the Owners. The shared space includes Entry/Great Room, Outside areas, Kitchen/Leisure Room. Guest do not have access to master suite, sunroom, and garage. House is armed with security system and outdoor cameras for everyone's safety. Guest bath HAS NO SHOWER BUT A LARGE TUB IS AVAILABLE FOR USE. We provide the basics (soap & shampoo products) but no personal hygiene products such as deodorants or hair care items. No laundry available but we can assist in an emergency! Please limit entering & exiting home between midnight and 8 AM. Early check in-$10 hour (if available) No Partying! During your stay We are available when at the house or by phone as needed. Other things to note Checkout after 11am charged an extra day stay.
