Imagine: Sitting on the balcony in the morning with a cup of coffee, letting your gaze wander over the sparkling Attersee and the mountains. The cozy apartment offers plenty of space for small families, couples or friends. The quiet location invites you to relax and promises perfect rest. Free parking is available right in front of the house. Ideal for those who love nature and want to experience the Salzkammergut at its best. I'm excited to host you! The space The apartment offers two bedrooms, each with a double bed. The bedrooms are on two different floors. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, freezer and kettle. The bright bathroom is equipped with a modern shower and toilet. The outdoor areas are particularly beautiful: A small, private front yard with 2 armchairs and a table invites you to relax. On the 2nd floor there is a small balcony overlooking Lake Attersee, a table and 2 armchairs. From the rooftop terrace, you overlook almost the entire lake and the adjacent mountain ranges. There are 2 armchairs here to relax in: perfect places of rest to unwind and to look at Lake Attersee in all its beauty. The play of colors is impressive and always beautiful. WiFi and TV are of course available. The apartment is a non-smoking area so that everyone can feel comfortable. I live separately in the same house and am happy to give you tips for excursions in the Salzkammergut. The Attersee is about 7 minutes' walking distance. Please note: Due to several steps and open areas, the apartment is suitable for adults and older children. Guest access I almost always like to greet my guests in person to show them the apartment. In exceptional cases, access is via a key box with a pin. I'll send the pin shortly before check-in via the Airbnb Messenger.
