Independent house with pool, quiet – ideal for families

Come and enjoy a stay in the countryside to recharge your batteries; the accommodation is self-contained (40 m²). Secure parking under the courtyard. City park with zip line 2 min walk, 45 min from La Rochelle, 15 min from the Poitevin marsh, 15 min from Niort where you can find the most beautiful market in France. 1.5 hours from Puy du Fou and 1 hour from the beach and 5 min from the A10 ideal for training. (Special weekly rate for training; please contact us) The space The property: A fully equipped kitchen. Senseo, kettle, toaster, induction stove, dishwasher, microwave. A small TV area in the kitchen. A bedroom with a 140 x 200 bed and a 140 x 200 mezzanine bed. Pack 'n play (without extra mattress), walk-in closet. Bed linen rental €5 per bed. Bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. Towels, shower gel and shampoo provided. Garden: You have access to the pool + protective cover from May until the end of September. The pool is heated by the heat pump when temperatures allow, otherwise it is heated by the polycarbonate cover. A playground and a trampoline are available for children, as well as a petanque court and a barbecue. Pets are not allowed for the well-being of our cats, which you may come across during your stay. The property must be returned as you found it. A small cleaning fee of €20 may be applied for short stays.
