Forget your worries in this spacious, serene space. It's a private apartment on the garden level of our house. It consists of a living room with a sofa bed, an independent kitchen, a bedroom with built-in closets, a bathroom with separate toilet. The living room and kitchen overlook a shaded terrace. You can park a car in the driveway next to the apartment. This accommodation is well served by bus to Saint Étienne and Saint Chamond. The space The accommodation is located on the garden floor of our house in a residential neighborhood. It is nevertheless easily accessible by bus. The living room and kitchen are south-facing while the bedroom is east-facing. A 140*190 cm bed is available in the bedroom. You also have a sofa bed. A mattress topper is provided for maximum comfort if you wish to use it as a bed. Bed linens are provided as well as large bath towels. Guest access The accommodation is a 5-minute walk from the bus stop (lines 10, 25, 83, 84). We will give you the keys in person whenever possible. Otherwise, self check-in via a lockbox is possible. You will access through a motorized gate. You will then access through the kitchen which takes you to the hallway that serves the living room, bedroom, bathroom and toilet. Other things to note Parties and pets are not allowed. Smoking inside the unit is not allowed. Check-out before 10:00 a.m. and check-in from 2:00 p.m.
