Ideal for professionals, aviation staff and those with early morning/late-night flights, with fast Wi-Fi, a desk, blackout curtains, all within a calm, organised and well-kept home. You’ll have full use of the kitchen, garden, free drive parking, and excellent transport links to London & Brighton, all in a peaceful setting for proper rest and focus. The space 3 bedroom maisonette, ground floor, with drive, garage and garden. The Flat above me is rented by 1 quiet pilot trainee. The property is detached and on a lovely residential road which is incredibly quiet and safe. Guest access You are welcome to use the kitchen, garden and living room. During your stay I am around but also often away travelling, but if I'm not available in person, I'm always contactable by email and by telephone. This isn’t a busy or crowded house share — it’s a peaceful, organised home designed for guests who value a good night’s sleep, a clean environment and a stress-free stay. For significantly earlier check-ins or later check-outs, there may sometimes be a small additional charge. This is simply because accommodating a substantial change can occasionally involve extra travel, cleaning arrangements, costs or time.
