Other things to note A starter welcome kit is provided with basic essentials such as toiletries, dishwashing liquid, and toilet paper etc. Please note, these are supplied to get you started and are not replenished during your stay. Guests are responsible for purchasing any additional items they may require. Linen is provided for all beds, including quilt covers and pillowcases. Flat sheets are not supplied. Live TV is not available; however, streaming services can be accessed on the smart TV. Please note the home is not brand new, so some minor noises from items like bunk beds when moving around or ceiling fans may occur and are part of the character of the house. Please note, being located on the east coast of Australia, occasional sightings of insects such as cockroaches can occur depending on the season and weather, despite regular pest control. Also, the property uses a standard off-peak hot water system rather than continuous hot water.
