Condo 415 at Island Beach Resort is on the 4th (top) floor and overlooks the parking lot and Nettles Island across the street. This condo has three flat screen TVs, three balconies, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and the spacious living area has a queen size sofa bed. In less than 30 seconds you can be on the beach with a famous Rum Bucket from Shuckers. Condo 415 is perfect for families, since it's one of only four two-bedroom, two-bathroom condos onsite. SOME AREAS ARE UNDER CONSTRUCTION, PLEASE CALL TO SEE IF A DISCOUNT APPLIES TO YOUR BOOKING. Daily maid service is available upon request for a nominal fee. For your convenience, we have a laundry facility on the first floor. The building has a full service restaurant that is open daily for lunch and dinner. We also have an onsite gift shop boutique. Third party sites like Airbnb may charge travellers a SERVICE FEE which is payable directly to Airbnb and does not get paid to the host or property owner. Check-in: 4:00pm. Check out 11am.
