Our cozy, 75 m² ground-floor apartment in a single-family home offers the perfect retreat for couples, families, solo travelers and business travelers. 🛏️ Bedroom (flexible for 1-4 people): • 1 double bed (160 × 200 cm) & 2 single beds (80 × 200 cm) – ideal for couples, families or small groups (4th person on request). • Electrical outlet directly by the bed (window side), large wardrobe. • Allergy notice: Maximum hygiene due to professional deep mite cleaning of all mattresses. 🛁 Bathroom (right next door): • Shower, bathtub and plenty of storage space. • Equipped with a washing machine & dryer – perfect for longer stays. • Emergency feminine hygiene products are available. 🛋️ Living rooms: • Cozy sofa, seat cushions and flat-screen TV with free Netflix access for cozy evenings. • Games, TV and high-speed Wi-Fi are completely free. 🍳 Fully equipped kitchen. • Ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge with separate freezer compartment. • Coffee maker, kettle, milk frother, as well as crockery and wine glasses. • Coffee and tea are provided for free to start with. 🎓 Perfect for UFL students & instructors: Due to its close proximity to the UFL campus and its quiet location with places to work, the apartment is also ideal for block courses, in-person weekends or study groups. Guest access Our guests can use the entire apartment for themselves. The outdoor area with 17 m2 is usable for guests. Other things to note No smoking inside the apartment. Cafe and tea is provided for the first day! The in-law is not set up for infants/infants. The mattresses are treated periodically with a mite device.
