Glamping | Glamorous camping along the Otra river in Evje

Do you dream of waking up to birdsong, overlooking beautiful nature and the smell of campfire coffee in fresh air? Welcome to Evje Glamping – where comfort meets wilderness. With us you sleep well in a ready-made tent, enjoy quiet evenings around the campfire, and get nature right on your body. We have a private beach line overlooking the Otra River, with swimming and fishing opportunities in great surroundings! Evje Glamping will contribute to unforgettable memories in a unique setting. Welcome to us! The space We have set up a glamping tent of 30 m², equipped with 1 double bed and 2 single beds with frame mattress. Duvets and pillows in down and duck feathers provide good warmth and comfort. The bedding is 100% cotton. Inside the tent there is a seating area with 3 chairs and a large pouf, as well as 4 floor cushions. Outside the tent there is a site with 2 chairs, with space to lay out pillows and beach rug. We have also set up a cozy campfire where you can brew coffee over an open fire, as well as a bench for breakfast outdoors. The tent has panoramic views of the river with a completely private beach line, and rowing boat available for use at your own risk. There is no electricity or water added to the property, but a solar battery for charging electronics, as well as a heater if necessary. There is no full bathroom, but a nice outdoor toilet with water tank for washing hands. Guest access Berry picking in the lush forests around the tent, scenic hiking trails in the surrounding area, fishing in the Otra River, and rowboat for use at your own risk. Possibility to rent a kayak. Other things to note Should you need to refill your supplies, Evje city center is only a 10-minute drive away. If, on the other hand, you want to make the shopping trip an excursion, you can take the boat and row over to the other side of the river, where you will find the grocery store Joker, as well as a café and gas station - Verkstedet. Evje town center offers a variety of shops, everything from groceries to clothing, sports and outdoor, pet shop to hardware and electronics. A variety of cafes and bakery. If you want sports activities, play and fun for both small and large, we recommend checking out Evje Mineralpark, just on the other side of the river, or Trollaktiv, a 15-minute drive up the valley.
