My house is located in the middle of Jambiani village a small fishing community , this room has one double with a shared bathroom, as the house has just 3 bedrooms there is no bad traffic for using the bathroom even though is shared one, the house is fitted with electricity and running water, the house is located less than 15 walk to the beach side, I am living in the one of the bedroom in the same house but there is enough guest space. The space The house provide a friendly base for exploring the social and cultural life of Jambiani village from a personal perspective and off the beaten track, My house is less than 15 minutes walk to the beach ,by walking through the village , the house is close to the shops,restaurants,bars , a pharmacy and also close to the other high ranked hotels of Jambiani village, and close enough to the local buses station or taxi station , I am local host also living in the house , on request me and my mum can provide the local food cooking lessons , If you wish to experience the truly /authentic local life of Jambiani village -stay with us and you will leave Zanzibar Island with great African culture literacy and knowledge that is hard to experience while staying on those European run hotels a long the beach side, While staying with us i can offer village tours in the evening for free either by walking or by bikes, my place is for those who enjoy the authentic and local hospitality. Guest access While staying with me , the guests can have access to our garden ,living room,kitchen , fridge and a push bike, During your stay As i am living in the house , i am available most of the time to assist my guests according to their needs , if it will happen i will be working my young brother will be around as cover up for any queries or help. I respect the privacy of my guests and always try to make them feel as much at home as possible . If you like chill out place with the authentic vibes and local hospitality then this is the right place . Other things to note Please take a note that in Jambiani village there is no Cash machine , i would advise the guests to take the advantage of ATMs access while still in Zanzibar town (Stone Town), re check if you have enough cash with you, the bank cards are not so useful while you are here in the village.
