Other things to note This home is located in a gated community; all guests must present ID at the entrance. There may be minor temporary roadwork outside the residential area in August 2026. The pool gets maintenance once a week - during maintenance hours the pool will not available. The A/C units are equipped with condensate pumps that automatically remove the water generated during operation. Occasionally, they may produce a slight sound, which is completely normal.
