Peacefully located house by the fjord in Etne, with direct access to swimming from private plot and jetty available, perfect for relaxation and nature experiences. The space The property has been completely renovated and maintains a consistently high standard. The house has a well-equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook meals at home, two modern bathrooms – one with a bathtub and one with a shower – and three bedrooms. In addition, there is a spacious living room and a large hallway that provides plenty of space for both families and groups of friends. Outdoor living room and large patio, a total of 2 seating areas. Two parking spaces on the plot, and there is also guest parking available only 20 meters away from the house. The property has direct access to the lake with possibilities for swimming from its own plot. The location is peaceful, while there is only a short walking distance to Etne city center with shops, cafes and other facilities. Guest access On the second floor you will find three bedrooms as well as an extra bed (120 cm) located in the hallway. There are a total of four double beds distributed as follows: one of 180 cm, one of 160 cm, one of 150 cm and one of 120 cm. Two of the summer rooms are also equipped with a 40-inch PC monitor + docking so that you can also work there. Guests have free access to the entire property, including the area down by the lake with a jetty that is suitable for swimming and fishing – all with direct access from the plot. See picture Other things to note Etne is a perfect starting point for nature experiences. The area offers beautiful mountains, impressive waterfalls and great hiking opportunities. Within a short driving distance you will find famous highlights such as Langfoss (30 min), Trolltunga (1 hour) and the Barony in Rosendal – the latter with beautiful gardens and guided tours. In the surrounding area you can explore the Etnefjellen mountains, hike to Olalia DNT cabin, try the climbing park in Osnes or swim at Honsvika beach, all within a short distance. There are also nice circular trails such as Osnesrunden and the city center is within walking distance of the house.
