Everything is maintained to the highest standard to ensure a relaxing and enjoyable visit. The space Welcome to our spacious and comfortable 3 bedroom home, perfect for families, work stays, or group getaways. The property features four well-appointed bedrooms and can comfortably sleep up to 6 guests. The home offers a generous living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and plenty of room to relax or work during your stay. Guest access Access to full property, Check in details will be provided prior to check in Other things to note - NO SMOKING INSIDE: We kindly request that smoking be avoided inside the premises. Any indication of smoking will incur a fee of £300 for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated. - We do require a separate short term rental agreement to be signed directly with us and a pre-arrival form filled prior to your stay. - LOST KEYS: If keys are lost, a £100 replacement fee is required. At Vacant Nests, we’re dedicated to ensuring our property is protected throughout every guest stay. To provide peace of mind for both owners and guests, we require all guests to either have a £400 fully refundable security deposit hold placed on their account or purchase a £40 one-time Accidental Damage Waiver, which covers up to £500 of accidental damage during the stay.
