Made with a lot of love, care and respect for its guests. This house, built in 1955, was completely renovated, marrying modern aesthetics with the traditional architecture of the island. It is located in the heart of the beautiful settlement of Dryopida at a key point that uniquely combines the absolute peace and relaxation of the holidays with entertainment, as the liveliest side of the settlement and all its points of interest are a few meters away. The space Our house is located in the center of the traditional settlement of Dryopida in a very quiet, easily accessible, safe and well-lit area. All the points of interest of the settlement, the restaurants/cafes, the supermarket, the sights, the theater, the stadium as well as the two municipal parking lots of the settlement are within a few steps from our door. It is 63sqm and is divided into two levels. On the first level there is the living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine. The living room also includes a 2.5m sofa that can be turned into a bed where two more people can be accommodated. There's no bathroom downstairs. On the second level are the two bedrooms that have double beds with coco mat mattresses and each has its own private bathroom. There is air conditioning in all areas of the house. Upstairs there is also a terrace with a small living room and a drying rack. Other things to note Our house is a few steps away from restaurants, supermarkets, cafes and attractions.
