The space Guests have the entire cottage at their disposal with a beautiful, covered terrace with a table and chairs – the perfect place for a morning coffee overlooking the river. The terrace is surrounded by vegetation, which provides privacy and a unique atmosphere. The entrance to the house leads directly from the terrace to a spacious living room with a large sofa, bench, TV and a fully equipped kitchenette (dishwasher, oven, fridge, induction cooker). There is also a bathroom with a toilet and shower on the ground floor. Stairs lead to the first floor – here there are two bedrooms and a second bathroom. One bedroom has a comfortable double bed, the other has two single beds. There is a washing machine in the hallway and a bathtub with a shower function in the bathroom upstairs. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire house and terrace. They can use: a covered terrace overlooking the river (table, chairs, vegetation providing privacy), a spacious living room with a sofa, TV and a fully equipped kitchenette, both bathrooms – on the ground floor (shower, toilet) and on the first floor (bathtub with shower function, toilet), two bedrooms upstairs (1x double bed, 2x single beds), washing machines in the hallway of the floor. Other things to note We provide fresh bedding for all guests. Towels are not standard – please bring your own. There are stairs and railings with wider gaps in the house – if you are traveling with small children, please be extra vigilant. The cottage is located right next to the river – beautiful views, but it is worth keeping in mind the safety of the youngest. Please respect the quiet hours between 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. and refrain from smoking throughout the house. We only accept guests who have a reservation – we ask that people who do not have a reservation do not stay on the property. There is a fireplace in the house that can be used on colder days as an additional source of heat. Wood is available on request. Please be careful when using it, especially in the presence of children. We encourage you to segregate waste – the bins are marked to facilitate sorting. We do not accept pets.
