Comfortable accommodation of about 90 sqm, perfect for 4 people, structured on 2 levels and located on the mezzanine floor of a building (NO lift). The property is located in Laconi, a charming village in the heart of Sardinia, in the province of Oristano. It is the ideal choice for those who want to immerse themselves in the most genuine soul of the island, between nature, history and tradition. The house consists of two living rooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, two bedrooms and a private courtyard. The space The accommodation is organized as follows: 🡢 LEVEL I - LIVING ROOM 1 with sofa and dining table; - LIVING ROOM 2 with armchairs and TV; - KITCHENETTE with induction hob, fridge with freezer, electric oven, microwave oven, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, wine glasses and other kitchen utensils; - BATHROOM with shower, sink, toilet and bidet. 🡥 LEVEL II (accessible by stairs) - BEDROOM 1 with double bed, chest of drawers and built-in wardrobe; - BEDROOM 2 with double bed and wardrobe. The property also has a PRIVATE COURTYARD with dining area. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, hot/cold air conditioning (split in the first living room and in the bedrooms), washing machine (in the bathroom), vertical iron, clothes horse and hairdryer. PLEASE NOTE: - Access to the property and the internal spaces involve the presence of several steps; it should also be noted that the stairs to the upper floor are NOT equipped with handrails: be careful if you are traveling with children. - The fireplace in the living room, as well as the cello and the stereo system, are furnishing accessories and cannot be used. Guest access The entire house is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants. Other things to note 7 days before arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents through our Guest Portal. This procedure is used to verify your data and documents and to send the information to the police service "Aloggiati Web" which is the Italian procedure for accommodating guests in Italy. Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022). Summer: the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings. Winter: the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The switching on period and the daily duration of switching on depend on the climate zone defined by the legislation. In this structure, check-in is carried out in self check-in mode. Further information will be provided at the time of booking. N.B. completing the registration is MANDATORY in order to receive instructions and access the apartment. We inform you that assistance for any problems related to self check-in is possible (remotely) until 11:30 pm.
