The space IMPORTANT – Please Read: To ensure a comfortable stay, please note the following: 1. Booking: We accept families only, including married couples, brothers, sisters, close family members, and children. Visitors are welcome; however, sleeping in the apartment by visitors is not allowed without prior permission from the host. Before booking, please mention the total number of guests (including children) and their ages so we can confirm that the apartment is suitable for your family. To maintain a peaceful environment for everyone in the building, parties are not allowed, and we kindly ask guests to keep noise and loud voices to a minimum at all times. 2. Electricity: Power is available 24/7. A weekly consumption of 30 kWh is included, which is more than enough for responsible use without running the air conditioners. Using the ACs will increase electricity consumption. Any additional usage will be charged at $0.60 per kWh. 3. Water: 10 barrels per week are included (sufficient for responsible use). Additional water is charged at $20 per 10 barrels. 4. Internet: 10 GB per day are included, which should be more than enough for your stay. 5. Road Access: A section of the road leading to the building (about 30 meters) is fully passable but in need of some renovation. One of the photos shows this. The new municipality has promised to start the work soon, but I cannot guarantee it will be done before your arrival.
