Amenities include premium mattress(es), table and chairs, an open armoire with hangers, and a non-smoking city view balcony with chairs. Bathroom has a bathtub/shower, a sink, a toilet, and views of the garden. The space Le Douet Fleury, a unique property, comprised of three joined buildings, each built in a different era. We opened in 2022, with one guest house. In 2025, we continued our plans to provide more guest accommodations by opening our first bed & breakfast room in the dignified manor house located in the village center. Our name comes from the little stream that winds its way through the village and past our ancient lavoir (wash house). The property dates back to the late 1600's when the half-timber farmhouse (now La Maison du Jardin guest house) and workshop outbuilding were built. Guest access Please notify us when you have arrived, so we can meet you at the front of the building with your keys. Access to the property is through a locked garden gate. Please note there are two large steps to climb when entering the property. Once inside, follow the pebbled path around the half-timber farmhouse from the 1680's to the front door of your wing of the 1700's brick and stone manor house. Upon entering the bed & breakfast, you will find tourist information for the area, followed by the ancient service staircase. At the top of the stairs, the dining room door is your front door to your space. The dining room, bedroom(s), and full bathroom. You will have a key to secure your space. In the dining room, included in your stay, you will enjoy a traditional French breakfast of viennoiserie and baguette, jam, fruit, and your choice of coffee, tea, or hot chocolate. This space is yours throughout the day, and is supplied with drinking water and electric kettle, as well as drinking glasses, tea and mugs. An old fashioned radio plays light music in the space occasionally throughout the day. No kitchen is included in your stay. During your stay Breakfast is included in your stay and is served in the dining room by your hosts. We offer Table d'Hôtes service nightly, by reservation. This is a 3-course hosted dinner in the dining room for €25/person (not including beverages). All guests partake in the same meal, and dietary requests can be accommodated. We offer a beverage menu with champagne, wine, local apple drinks, and other non-alcoholic options. We live on property, and are happy to help you throughout your stay. Other things to note If you are booking as 2 guests, and would like to add on the second bedroom with double bed (140x200cm), it is possible to do that for a fee of €55/night.
