The apartment of about 110 square meters has a bedroom with double bed and shutters, an open sleeping area upstairs (with curtain), two living rooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and bathtub. A beautiful conservatory completes the accommodation. A cozy garden with seating is available for lounging. The space We warmly welcome you to our beautiful holiday apartment in the district of Rotenburg (Wümme). The apartment is located in a green idyllic environment that invites you to linger and relax. In the area there are many ways to hike or ride a bike. The numerous north trails offer sporting activities and exciting adventures. In the immediate vicinity are the north paths "Timke Wälder" with 18.1 km and "Zevener Geest" with 23.3 km. Many different landscape images can be discovered. Bremen (around 40 min), Hamburg (around 60 min), North Sea coast (about 60 min) and Hanover (about 75 min.) can be reached quite quickly by car. In the immediate vicinity you will also find many activities such as the large wood with an adventure playground, the Ronolulu adventure pool in Rotenburg (Wümme) with fun and spa, the nature swimming pool in Zeven or the golf courses in Sittensen and Westerholz. The nearest bus stop towards Zeven or Bremen MAIN STATION is 1.4 km away (bus line 630). Plenty of screens and sun awnings are attached to the windows of the apartment. A separate entrance to the apartment is available. Dogs and horses run in the nearby neighborhood. Upstairs is the second living room with a TV and an open sleeping area with a single bed. Linens and towels are generally not included. In the outdoor area there is a patio with seating and a small fenced area. The apartment is not accessible. Guest access Our guests have full access to all areas in the apartment. A terrace and a small garden overlooking the lake are at your disposal. There is enough space for your vehicle in the courtyard. Other things to note There is the possibility of contactless key handover. Pets are not allowed. Do not feed animals. Swimming in the lake is not permitted. No events or parties allowed. Keep the noise down from 10 pm.
