Búzios 7 suites pool excellent Gourmet space.
Description
Important considerations We do not charge for energy and water is free up to 20,000 liters. Daily consumption is 150 to 200 liters per person. So, 200 liters of water per person is within the normal and comfortable standard, isn't it? We accommodate 21 people × 200 liters "per person" day = 4,200 Liters day, water for 4 nights, serving the 21 guests, the maximum number in our house 20,000 liters ÷ 4,200L day = 4.5 days of free water. Our water is drinkable, of course, and it couldn't be otherwise The space With accommodations for 21 people, in 7 suites with air-conditioning, a swimming pool, 3 good Wi-Fi hotspots, it also hosts "small" family events. We ask that you forward the name and age of all guests who will occupy the house. Thank you With 7 bathrooms in the suites, a toilet, 1 full bathroom with shower, to serve the pool and the outdoor area, totaling 8 full bathrooms. Our Gourmet Space: A wood-burning oven, barbecue grill, 1 "double sandwich" hotplate, Cooktop, 2 duplex refrigerators, 2 large coolers available, a 2.50 m × 1.00 m countertop, followed by a 4.30 m × 90 cm bistro/Gourmet counter, 10 seats for the 2 existing counters. A wet countertop with two sinks, measuring 3.40m × 65cm. A double table with 12 seats. Separating the tables, we have 16 seats and just ahead, a good swimming pool measuring 4 ×10 meters, with a very good outdoor area. "Around the pool": 3 Comfortable large beanbags, covered with nautical material, 1 round sun lounger, 2 sun loungers in synthetic material. NOTE: We ask that guests not allow children to put "mattresses and cushions" from the sun loungers "INSIDE THE POOL" because they are not prepared for this. Children have to have fun and make a mess, REALLY, and that's their job.😀 😍 And so, they like to make the cushions into floats and in a way it's normal for them to do so, because they are children.😂 lol... We have all the necessary utensils for "kitchen and Gourmet space." And everything is prepared for you to make your pizzas, sandwiches, barbecues and your delicious recipes for your family and friends, making your day as a chef. lol... It's worth a try lol... We have an employee to water the plants and maintain the pool in the morning, between 7 a.m. and 8 a.m. For 2-night stays, which are the most frequent, there is no need for maintenance every morning because our pool pump/filter is activated automatically. But if necessary, we will do it every day. 👍 Guests are responsible for cleaning the barbecue grill and sweeping the outdoor area, as well as garbage collection. We deliver the house with 2 gallons of water, 1 stove and 1 Cooktop, with the gas cylinders filled, as well. Guests are responsible for replacements. Continuation on water consumption: IMPORTANT POINTS... ***Electricity is included in the daily rates because we have solar energy credits. Water is included in the daily rate, up to 20,000 liters every "4 nights." "The daily water consumption per person" recommended by "UN Water" in 2003 "is 110 liters per person, but in Brazil consumption ranges from 150 to 200 liters per person per day. So, we proceed with the highest consumption, which is 200 liters x 21 people, "which is the maximum number of people allowed in the house." With this, we will have a consumption of 4,200 liters per day. ***** As our reservations (STANDARD) are around two nights, which occur from Friday, from 12:00 noon to Sunday at 2:00 p.m., guests will have the same 20,000 liters available, "which supply up to 4.5 days." Since we rent on average for two days, it means 10,000 liters/day, which results in 476 liters of water per day per person. In reality, twice as much water and another 76 liters, for the two-day daily rate. An excellent and comfortable amount of water for everyone.******* Guests are responsible for the surplus. Our cistern has a capacity of 15,000 liters. So, we deliver the house with the cistern full of "15,000" and the second supply of 10,000 liters, totaling 25,000 liters, via water truck, with drinking water, from the same lakes, the same company that supplies the city of Búzios. So, the guest will have 25,000 liters of drinking water available for stays of up to 4 nights!!! The water truck with 10,000 liters (only supplies a minimum of 10,000 liters) costs an average of R$ 250, with the price varying in the high season, from R$ 350 to R$ 450, according to the demand in the city of Búzios Guest access The house is located on the Alternative route to the right corner of Geribá beach, free of any traffic jams, even in high season.
