Guest access We have a lovely pond a 5 minute walk from the house, full of Koi and the resident turtle, Sheldon :) Other things to note ***Maids service upon request for stays more than 2 nights for an additional fee of $500 pesos RD. ***No parties allowed, this is a quiet residential neighborhood. No extra guests. ***This house is not handicap accessible, there are stairs from the parking area to the house, and also from the main part of the house down to the bedrooms below.
