A peaceful oasis with pool

A 52m² haven of peace nestled in lush greenery! Tastefully decorated, the "Au Bal des Oiseaux" cottage features a private terrace and direct access to the 10m x 5m outdoor pool (june to september). The 5,000m² wooded grounds border the Petite Maine River. The cottage is ideally located in the peaceful Vendée countryside, with easy access to Puy du Fou, Nantes, Clisson, the banks of the Loire, the Green Venice/La Rochelle, the Mauges, and the coast. The space 978 / 5 000 We would be delighted to welcome you to our cottage "Au Bal des Oiseaux." Detached, the cottage has a separate entrance with a private parking space right in front. The 23 m² terrace is well-equipped and directly overlooks the outdoor and secure swimming pool. This pool is shared exclusively with us; you will therefore be able to enjoy it almost exclusively. In the bedroom "Le nid de la sittelle" (17 m² - 160x200 cm bed), you will find a large wardrobe, a small desk, and a library. The kitchen (13 m²) and the bathroom are tastefully decorated to make you feel right at home. The 2nd room with flowery decor and industrial elements was named 'the owl's lodge'. It has a bathroom with shower and toilet. Access to the cottage is through the terrace (2 meters to walk outside). Tourist information and games are available. A baby bed and high chair can be provided. You have free access to the 5,000 m² garden for a veritable bath of greenery and birdsongs. You will certainly encounter our 3 chickens and 2 cats.
