The space The accommodation is fully available to the guest, regardless of the number of guests to be accommodated. The maximum number of guests is 4 people, and only registered guests may stay in the accommodation. SERVICES INCLUDED: As part of the services included in the reservation, a set of cotton sheets and towels for each guest, bathroom amenities, Wi-Fi service, and piped music in all rooms are provided. It has individual air conditioning and heating. It is equipped with a desk in both rooms and the living room-kitchen has a motorized blind. ADDITIONAL SERVICES: - Crib: A crib is available. It must be requested by the guest. The request must be made at least 24 hours before the day of arrival. The preparation and availability of the crib, during the length of stay, carries a payment of 30 euros that must be paid at the time of key handover. It can only be used by a child under 2 years of age. -High chair: A high chair is available. It must be requested by the guest. This service costs 15 euros, which must be paid at the time of key handover. Other things to note - No smoking or vaping allowed. - No pets - No parties or events. - Quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am. - Upon departure from the accommodation, it must be left clean and tidy, remove food that is not usable from the refrigerator - because it is started or perishable - and remove garbage and biological waste. - Make sure the air conditioning or heating is turned off. - Notify that you have checked out of the accommodation. We adapt to our customers' schedules. We offer late check-out service in two slots (as long as availability allows): from 11h to 15h with a cost of 30 euros, or until 17h with a cost of 50 euros. - No personal or bulky items belonging to the guest or companion that could damage the apartment (bicycles, tools, etc.) are allowed to enter or remain in the apartment.
