The apartment is fully equipped with complete kitchen equipment, coffee maker, microwave, Smart TV with Netflix, WiFi and much more. The apartment is located in a quiet apartment building with a separate entrance from the street. In walking distance of Spessart Therme (15 min. Walk). The space The beautiful and quiet 1-room apartment with about 26m ² living space stands out through the cozy and practical furnishings. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for a memorable stay. The kitchen is a dream and invites you to a hot coffee in the early morning, a delicious fried egg whenever you like or a delicious pasta dish in the evening. Equipped with a modern induction cook top, oven, coffee maker, microwave, kettle and of course pans, pots and all kinds of cutlery like forks, spoons and knives as well as cups and glasses. You can even find some basic food in the cupboards. The bathroom has a large rain shower. Do you need a hair dryer, towels, toothbrushes, shower gel or shampoo? No problem, because these belong to the standard equipment in our bath. In order to stay in touch with your colleagues, friends or family, we have set up a high-speed internet connection WiFi with unforgettable experience for you. The password can be found in the apartment. For the cozy evenings on the couch you have a Smart TV with Netflix available. Guest access The apartment is located on the 3rd floor accessible with stair steps and has a separate entrance. You can use the whole apartment with bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom and floor. Bedroom and living room can be accessed separately from the floor and are lockable with doors. Both rooms have access to a balcony with beautiful view of the valley and comfortable seating. The laundry room with a coin-operated washing machine is located in the next house and can be entered at any time. Other things to note The spa town Bad Soden-Salmünster has about 14,000 inhabitants (with districts) and is located in the beautiful Kinzigtal. The Spessart Therme (with the well-known salt cave), invites you to relax and unwind. The village is surrounded by Spessart, Vogelsberg and Rhön. Best starting point for exploring the regions. Healing springs, sports and leisure program and a wildlife park are available as well as numerous marked trails. Doctors, restaurants and shops - everything is available. In the district of Alsberg (15 minutes by car) there is a highlight of the city: the Golf Club Spessart. The club was founded in 1972 and golf has been played in Alsberg since 1974. The scenic Spessart with stunning views of Hesse's highest elevations Feldberg, Hoherodskopf and Wasserkuppe is an amazing experience. The region around Bad Soden-Salmünster offers cyclists and mountain bikers a wide range of possibilities. The Spessart with the lovely Kinzigtal presents itself as a cycling paradise far away from traffic jams and hectic rush. Cycle routes such as the Vogelsberg Southern Railway Cycle Path or the cultural cycle path Pearls of the Jossa promise enjoyment biking in a charming landscape. In addition, the Hessian Radfernweg R3 runs from Rüdesheim am Rhein, along Main and Kinzig to Tann in the Rhön. The R3 leads along the Kinzigtal directly through Bad Soden-Salmünster. Away from paved roads, on forest roads, challenging trails and idyllic paths, along bubbling streams, through deep valleys, quiet Spessart forests and over promising plateaus, the region also offers a fantastic route network for mountain bikers. Due to its location in the Kinzigtal, the geographical boundary between the Spessart Nature Park and the Hoher Vogelsberg Nature Park, Bad Soden-Salmünster offers varied hiking tours through two very different low mountain ranges. Great hiking trails in beautiful nature and with fabulous views are available to the visitor. Excellent hiking experiences offer, for example, the premium long-distance trails "Spessartbogen" and "Spessartfährten".
