It is located over two levels, on the fourth and fifth floors, both of which have balconies offering stunning sea views. The first level is connected to the second by an internal staircase. On the first level, there is a kitchen with a dining area and a living room with a pull-out sofa. On the second level, there is a double bed and a seating sofa. Both levels have a bathroom with a shower. Guests have access to a shared resort pool with sun loungers and private parking. The kitchen is equipped with a table and chairs, a hob, an electric kettle, oven, kitchenware, fridge with freezer, a toaster, a microwave, a coffee machine, and a dishwasher. Guests have at their disposal a bathroom with a shower cabin, a washing machine, a hairdryer, an iron and an ironing board. Duplex is air-conditioned, and guests have access to wireless internet and a TV with cable channels. A la carte restaurant is available to all resort guests with a reservation. Size: 95 m². Other things to note Due to our secluded location, we recommend traveling either by car or motorcycle. Outdoor swimming pool. The pool is open from May 15th to October 15th, available daily from 08:00h-20:00h. Please note that the pool is not heated, and its temperature may vary depending on the weather conditions.
